To provide a functional and collaborative environment, we collect the following personal information when an administrator creates a user account:
- Name: To identify you within the App.
- Email Address: Used for login, notifications, and password recovery.
- WhatsApp Number: To facilitate direct communication among team members.
We do not collect any other personal data automatically.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:
- To Operate the App: Your name is displayed on the dashboard and on tasks you have been assigned so other users know who is responsible for what task.
- To Communicate: Your contact details are visible to other logged-in users to encourage teamwork and quick resolution of task-related questions.
- To Manage Your Account: Your email is used for login authentication and for the "Forgot Password" functionality.
We will never share or sell your personal information with third parties.
3. Data Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We use password hashing and other standard security practices to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
4. User Rights
You have the right to have your user account and all associated personal data removed from the system. Please contact an administrator (Caroline, Kjetil, or Ulf) to request account deletion.
Terms of Use
1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
This application is intended for the sole purpose of managing tasks at Bekkelund Gård. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to upload any content that is inappropriate or unrelated to farm tasks.
3. App Functionality
The App allows users to view and assign themselves tasks. By taking a task, you agree to make a good-faith effort to complete it and to report its status accurately by the end of each day.
4. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy & Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
